3. Terms of Sale

3.1 Pre-Order Policy

All products listed on our Site are available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the full price at the time of purchase.

Delivery times for pre-order items are estimates only and may vary due to production, shipping, or other factors beyond our control.

Pre-orders can not be canceled for a full/partial refund. After confirming your order, cancellations may not be possible due to production commitments.

Pre-order items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative options.

3.2 Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices displayed at the time of order acceptance will be honored, except in cases of obvious errors.

If we discover an error in the price of a product, we will inform you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

3.3 Payment

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay and ATM Bank Transfer. Some payment methods might require a certain amount of purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authorization to use it.

If you pay by bank transfer, we will confirm the order after crediting it. If the account is not credited within the specified time, the order will be automatically canceled or the balance of the goods will be charged.

3.5 Discount Codes

5.1 Local Shipping (Hong Kong/Macau)

We offer delivery within Hong Kong and Macau using our shipping provider. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or stairs.

5.2 International Shipping

ALOT Living is not responsible for damages or losses during transit. Customers may arrange their own shipping if preferred.

5.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays due to customs or other factors are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Returns Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after signing the delivery note or pickup note. The item shall be fully checked after you received it.

Custom-made products and clearance sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 1 days for the follow-up procedure.

6.3 Return Process

Return items to our store with the receipt. Customers are responsible for returning the item to the store if you pick it up from the store.

7. Product Descriptions and Colors

7.1 We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free.

7.2 Colors may vary due to monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee exact color matching.

8. Liability
