About Delivery & Self Pick-up 

Self Pick-up:
Item(s) could be picked up in ALOT showrooms within opening hour for free. Maximum storage period is 7 days. Some showrooms might only for picking up accessories' products only. Picking up furniture those particular showroom is not available. Please refer to this page for the most updated address and opening hour. 


3rd Party Delivery Service (e.g. Gogovan / Call4Van / SF Express):
We could help our customer arrange a 3rd party delivery service for free. Customer could simply pick up the item(s) at designated location and pay the delivery company directly. We shall not be responsible for loss, damage, delay or failure with respect to the products if due to the delivery by any 3rd party delivery service company. 

Door-to-door Service by ALOT:
Door-to-door service is available at a cost depending on the designated location. This service includes installation if needed.

The above delivery fee listed excludes stairs fee. Please contact our staffs to quote it. Additional parking fee may be charged in some locations.

Storage Policy

Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you promptly. A complimentary storage period of up to 3 months is offered to all clients from the date of arrival.

After the 3-month free storage period, a storage fee will be charged monthly, calculated as follows:

  • 5% of the original product price, or

  • HKD $200 per cubic meter (CBM),
    whichever is higher.

Products stored for over 6 months without settlement of the storage fee may be considered forfeited, and ownership of the items may be transferred to ALOT without further notice.

For self pick-up orders, products not collected within 1 month from the notification date will be deemed abandoned, and the ownership will automatically transfer to ALOT.
