At the ALOT warranty program, our top priority is ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we proudly provide a comprehensive product warranty service for our valued customers. Whether you’ve purchased a furniture from ALOT Living, our ALOT Warranty Program service is specifically designed to offer you peace of mind and assurance.

Applicability of Warranty

The warranty is applicable to all eligible products purchased directly from our retail stores or official website. It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use and within the specified warranty period. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product, who has registered as a member of the ALOT VIP Program, and is non-transferable.

Warranty Service Locations

ALOT Warranty coverage is limited to Hong Kong only. We regrettably cannot extend warranty service beyond these regions.

Warranty Coverage by brand

At ALOT, we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer warranties on all items, with coverage varying by brand. Below is a detailed breakdown of the warranty periods for each brand we carry.

The following brands are covered under a 1 year warranty from the date of customer receive the products:

Source, Flo, Filobula, Moonler, Bendi, Hari Ora, PDM, Everyday Studio, Studiown, Day, Bel, Claus, Dan, MikiMoku, Sadakari, Mino, BOW, Asahiwood, Shiori, Akimoku, Ma., Shinohara, Kawaguchi kagu, Meuble, Morita, Monaca Stool/Zagu, Moji, Toyomoku, Nakayama

The following brands are covered under a 3 year warranty from the date of customer receive the products:

Nihon Bed, Isutoku, Tsuji Seisakusho, Hashizume, Benca, Asahi, Blocco, Maruta Mokko, Matsui Mokko, Tendo Mokko.

The following brands are covered under a 6 year warranty from the date of customer receive the products:

Hirashima, Shirakawa, Hida Sangyo, Conde House, Isu Works, Fuji Furniture.

What’s Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship affecting structural integrity under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear: Scratches, fading, or damage from regular use.

Improper use or maintenance: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

Environmental factors: Damage from humidity, sunlight, or pests.

Customizations or alterations: If the furniture has been modified after purchase.

Second-hand or resold items: Warranties are non-transferable.

Coverage & Limitations
ALOT Living Limited provides warranty coverage as outlined below. The Company reserves the right to modify these Warranty Program Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms periodically for updates.

Cabinets & Storage Furniture
The warranty for TV boards, dining boards, cabinets, sideboards, chests, shoe cabinets, wardrobes, bookshelves, shelves, and night tables covers the structural integrity of the product. If screws, rails, or hinges become worn or damaged due to normal use over time, we will replace them free of charge. Additionally, we assist customers with broken cabinet doors or glass during the warranty period and can help order replacement parts if needed, provided the product has not been discontinued. Please note that on-site installation by our technicians is not covered under warranty and will incur an additional labor fee.

Sofas & Seating
For sofas, sofa beds, pet-friendly sofas, and lounge chairs, the warranty includes the structural framework only. Fabric and leather upholstery are excluded from coverage, as natural wear and tear—such as leather cracking, wrinkling, or seam splitting—are considered normal and not eligible for warranty claims.

Tables & Desks
Dining tables, extendable tables, center tables, side tables, working desks, bar tables, and dressing tables are covered under warranty for structural issues. However, damage from mold or scratches is not included in the warranty.

Chairs & Stools
The warranty for dining chairs, stools, bar stools, and benches applies solely to structural defects. Any mold growth or surface scratches are not covered under the warranty terms.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following items are not covered under warranty: office chairs, tree ring stools, home accessories, mattresses, mirrors, coat stands, racks, mats, carpets, lighting, and lamps.

Post-Warranty Services
For services after the warranty expires, customers can request a quote for repairs or maintenance, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Procedure :
To file a warranty claim , follow these steps :

  1. Contact our customer service department via email at cs.alot.living@gmail.com. We will respond within 7-10 business days.
  2. Once the claim is verified, we will repair or replace the product as necessary.
  3. If the defect cannot be verified, we will reach out to you for further instructions. Please note the parts may take up to 3-4 months or longer to order.
