PU Coating

PU Coating 是在原木桌的表面噴上塗層。塗層通常含有樹脂、聚氨酯（Polyurethane）或硬化劑等化學物質。這些化學物質可以幫助油漆固化並形成保護膜，使原木餐桌防水、防污。塗層雖然可以達到防水、防污的目的，但油漆會完全覆蓋木材細胞，阻礙原木的自然呼吸，減少原木調節環境濕度的能力。另外，漆木餐桌的天然木紋和溫暖的觸感變得不那麼明顯，失去了部分木材的質感。

The coating is to apply paint on the surface of the original wooden table. The paint usually contains chemical substances such as resin, polyurethane (Polyurethane) or hardener. These chemicals can help the paint solidify and form a protective film, to make the log dining table waterproof and stain-resistant. Although painting can achieve the purpose of being waterproof and stain-resistant, the paint will completely cover the wood cells and hinder the natural respiration of the logs, making the logs unable to regulate environmental humidity. In addition, the natural wood grain and warm touch of the lacquered wood dining table become less visible, and part pf the texture of the wood would be lost.

OIL Coating

木蠟塗層是將天然油脂/蠟塗在木材上，使原木餐桌防水。塗油原木的優點是木材的毛孔不會被厚厚的油漆堵塞。原木能夠保留調節室內環境溫度和濕度的能力，打造「會呼吸」的原木家具。不僅耐用性大大提高，使用時還可以感受到原木桌的自然紋理。更重要的是，有了塗油的原木桌子，你再也不用擔心家裡的桌子不小心刮傷了。因為即使經過油處理的原木桌面出現刮痕，在家用砂紙也可以輕鬆修復。無需將整張原木桌送回原廠進行拋光打磨！
